My Review:
Book 2 did totally leave me with a lot of questions. I loved Wilders and Theas relationship so much and the way the book ended.. I had to get straight in to book 3, I needed to know if what happened was really true.
To get to once again follow Thea and Wilder and their journey has been an amazing time. I feel like in this book they both have been growing in my eyes. Their development has really been so strong in this book. What they are prepared to do for each other and all the challenges they have to face, both together and alone. It's been a ride!
I really like the development of friendships in this book. We get to know and also get to care about the side characters, which sometimes I feel can be hard to do. Also I liked that we got to know Wren a little bit more, though I wish we could get to know her even more! She is a really interesting character that we still don't know that much about.
The intrigue and stakes are high in this book and a lot of the time it felt really tense while reading. You couldn't put down the book because you needed to know what was going to happen.
Still the writing is wonderful, the language is simple and easy to read. The chapters aren't to long which makes to book fly by when you are reading it.
I can't wait to pick up book 4! I really really recommend to read this series!
